Hailing from Tampa, FL, Husley “Joe” Ebanks is a successful full-time entrepreneur and seasoned real estate investor with over 20 years of experience in the industry. In 2008 he founded Exit Home Buyer, a real estate investment company, focused on providing extensive disposition and acquisition solutions.

The core of Joe’s successful platform is his extensive experience working in mortgage and investment banking. He worked with some of the Top 25 banks, including Chase, Wells Fargo, and Bank of America. Most notably in leadership/project management, repositioning projects, development, real estate finance, asset management, and build-out of a short-term rental portfolio in Florida.
