Hailing from Tampa, FL, Husley “Joe” Ebanks is a successful full-time entrepreneur and seasoned real estate investor with over 20 years of experience in the industry. In 2008 he founded Exit Home Buyer, a real estate investment company, focused on providing extensive disposition and acquisition solutions.

The core of Joe’s successful platform is his extensive experience working in mortgage and investment banking. He worked with some of the Top 25 banks, including Chase, Wells Fargo, and Bank of America. An astute and strategic investor, Joe excels given his intuitive understanding of lucrative opportunities, his wealth of knowledge in different areas of real estate, and his driving force to streamline operations to spur business expansion and revenue growth. Over the years, he has established a robust track record; investing in hundreds of single-family residential (SFR) and multiple multi-family units. To date, he has sold more than 300 distressed properties and closed over 700 wholesale deals.

Jason is a seasoned real estate executive with over 25 years of real estate experience. Most notably in leadership/project management, repositioning projects, development, real estate finance, asset management, and build-out of a short-term rental portfolio in Florida. Jason has a proven track record of achieving revenue, profit, and business growth. He has been successful in driving results in both operational and financial spectrums of real estate.
