John D. Delia Jr is a Haitian American dealmaker, entrepreneur, and strategist who is dedicated to helping you increase your wealth via financial services, entrepreneurship, business, and real estate. He is a published author with works being featured in BBC News, Huffington Post, Investing.com, and BounceTV to name a few. John owns and operates an investment management software platform while also investing in real estate.
He has raised, managed, and exited a real estate investment fund by the time he was 25 years old and is currently scaling a +$5M real estate portfolio in five cities, and three states. John studied city and regional planning at the Knowlton School of Architecture. He resides in Columbus, Ohio with his wife Dr. Richelle, baby Baron Delia and Miniature Goldendoodle.
