NEW 2021 State of the Union for Real Estate Investors: Implosion or Opportunity NEXT?

Thursday, April 22, 2021 | 2:00 p.m. EST

Join us on Thursday, April 22 at 2:00 p.m. EST as we welcome our guest speaker, Dave Stech. Dave will give insight to the current real estate market, and what he predicts will be coming next.

Since speaking at Harvard in 2005, when he told 2,000 people that the real estate market would crash in 2006 (and no one believed him), Dave Stech has been doing his annual State of the Union for Real Estate Investors. At first, people doubted his market predictions, but have now seen that Dave is 4 out of 4 on real estate market correction forecasts over the last 15 years.

If you're ready to hear about what's next to come in real estate, tune in to see his research and learn what's coming NEXT - implosion or opportunity?

Dave Stech

Dave Stech is a real estate market timer and investor, private lender, and angel investor in early stage disruptive tech companies. Dave does this investing in his self-directed Roth IRA.

In 2005 at Harvard, Dave predicted the housing market collapse; in 2008 he forecasted and went “all-in” on real estate in Las Vegas, including luxury vacation rentals before Airbnb was founded; in 2011 he predicted the bottom of the real estate market and began buying distressed homes in 14 markets in CA, NV, AZ and FL, and every one of those 14 markets has more than doubled or tripled in price in the last 9 years. Bottom line: Dave believes the single-most important word in investing is timing. He gets in and gets out at the perfect times, and provides private capital to scale his real estate partners in each market. Most notably, in 2019, Dave predicted a recession in 2020.

Dave heads-up Stech family office with his two sons, one of which is Founding Partner of the largest private lender in America valued at over $1 billion. Their family office invests in 3 things: real estate, private lending, and early-stage disruptive technology companies where they have been angel investors in Silicon Valley tech “unicorns” leveraging their Roth self-directed IRAs.

Dave graduated from the London School of Economics and speaks at Harvard Business School and other conferences where he shares his State of the Union for Real Estate Investors and Entrepreneurs: Where Are We NOW and What’s Coming NEXT? And his Investing in Short-Term Vacation Rentals. And his NEW State of the Union for Early-Stage Tech Investors in Private Equity and Venture Capital.
